“The first day and night went by without incident. All day long I was able to maintain the main course of north-west and at night I was going more towards north. It feels like I haven been gone from the ocean for three days. The time spent on land went by very fast.
The ocean is calm; it overcast with a slight drizzle. At dawn I saw some fishermen on their boats. This time though they kept a respectful distance and we parted without any confrontation.
Now the wind turned to north-north-east forcing me to deviate from my main course. I hope this is temporary.”
